DR. FRANK LISTA: Plastic surgery is the best job in the world. I mean nothing is more fun than making people feel good about themselves. You know and these patients come and they’re perfectly healthy and they just want to look and feel better and when you do that and when the smiles on their faces and the happiness that you give them nothing could be of greater satisfaction. When patients come to have plastic surgery their really what amazes me is how much trust people have in the whole process so the staff has to be worth that trust. I mean they have to earn that trust and patients have to be ready to share in this big thing that they are going through as so that is really important. Picking the right staff is key to making the clinic work right.
MS. LESLIE GILLANDERS: It doesn’t matter what type of surgery you are having here at the Plastic Surgery Clinic. You are our patient and it is our goal to be there for you in whatever way we can.
MS. SARAH AOKI: Dr. Lista works very hard to make his patients feel comfortable here. Having large couches, having beautiful art on the walls, having a reception room that doesn’t feel like a reception room, it feels like your living room. All those things are here to make the patients feel more comfortable, to make the patients feel that they’re ready to join our family. Ready to become part of the plastic surgery clinic.
MS. JASNA: Here when I walked in they are friendly, they are warm and they are welcoming. They are wonderful. When I got to meet Dr. Lista nothing but comfort he gives you so it was just a great experience, the best.
MS. TANIA: I found him very approachable, any questions silly or a fact that I wanted to ask him he would answer honestly and make me feel comfortable with the procedure that I was having done.
MS. JASNA: I would definitely recommend the Plastic Surgery Clinic, Dr. Lista. They are wonderful, the ambiance is fantastic, they make you feel comfortable and they are just there for you. It’s good.
